To celebrate the beautiful weather, Huey, Dewey, Louie and Lando had their first little swimming session!
It’s been just a few days since they hatched, and already they’ve grown so much.
Their brooder box sits in my bedroom, and each morning I wake up amazed at how these four tiny poufs seem to have doubled in size overnight.

Meanwhile, 4 of the 7 Muscovy eggs have pipped externally! I’ve moved them over of the hatching unit and we’re eagerly awaiting their arrival…
Learning how to livestream for the pekin hatch was pretty fun! 🤓 The cameras are all set up and ready to roll for when this next clutch begins to emerge.
